GBOB Challenge Romania 2009 under way

2008 saw stylish rocking four-piece The Marker (pictured) win the GBOB Challenge Romania. And now registration for the GBOB Challenge Romania 2009 is open to determine who will follow in their footsteps to the 2009 World Final in December.

Qualifying events are already open in Arad, Bacau, Bucuresti, Campulung, Cluj, Constanta, Craiova, Iasi, Suceava, Targu Mures and Timisoara. The best bands from those heats will head to the Hard Rock Café, Bucharest on October 27 to play for the 2009 Best New Band in Romania title and the trip to London for the World Final.
