Grimus to star at Serbian national final
Alternative rockers Grimus, winners of the GBOB Challenge Romania in 2007 will be special guests in Serbia’s national final at the SKC in Belgrade on October 3 2008. Although they didn’t win the 2007 World Final Grimus made a great impression and have since signed an international recording contract with Italian label Cramps Records. Currently busy recording at INES Studios in Bucharest their debut album is due to be released simultaneously in Italy, Romania.
Sharing the stage with Grimus at the Serbian National Final will be fifteen great bands who won their qualifying rounds and will now play to see which
of them the judges will send to the World Final in London. The Serbian national finalists, in no particular order, are: Tea Break; Maron Sho; FakeFreedom; Roadhill; Montero; Mechanism; E.K.G; Band 72; Filthy Rich; Meda Vuk I Sandokan; Destination; Face Off; The Dark Ocean; The Bite; and
Impostered.
