www.mojrakety.com ‘Moj Rakety’ isn’t exactly the band’s name: for a better sound, the name has been simplified from ‘Moj Rakety Vverh’ to ‘Moj Rakety’, ‘so now we’re ‘Moj Rakety’, - the guys explain.  The debut album ‘Moj rakety vverh’ was recorded and mixed in 2003-2004 in Dobrolet Studio, St. Petersburg, Russia, by the Russian sound producer, Andrew Aliakrinski, and was mastered by Urij Bogdanov in Moscow, and was released in Russia in August 2004, than in Holland and Australia.  ‘Music is always first for us, say Kostya (vocal, guitar), Sergey (drums) and Alexey (vocal, bass guitar). We spend the majority of our time at rehearsals. The main thing for us is experience. But most of all we appreciate, certainly, the experience of live performances and studio work.’ On the 1st of September (2005) ‘Moj rakety’ successfully presented ‘Nightmaremars’ EP to the public.  This spring ‘Moj Rakety’ recorded their second album at ‘Dobrolet’ studio, it will be released in Russia in October 2005.  The band’s concerts are always a bright and unforgettable event. The guys work as hard on the atmosphere at their shows as they do on the music, using their own home-made video series, domestic cozy light, space scenery and many other things. ‘Each concert is like the first, and that’s why they’re very important for us,’ say the musicians. All guys are engaged in their favourite business, and they all aspire to an overall aim - travel around the world for concerts.
