The Global Battle Of the Bands 2009

First prize: $100,000 and worldwide promotion

1. Are you a band?
2. Do you have at least two original songs?
3. Can you play them live?

GET YOUR MUSIC
OUT TO 7m LISTENERS WHEN YOU ENTER THE GLOBAL BATTLE OF THE BANDS
We are pleased to announce a fantastic new element in the The Global Battle Of the Bands 2009. We have teamed up with internet radio website Jango.com to introduce the GBOB/Jango Radio Award, and it's free to enter for all bands registered for The Global Battle Of the Bands. The judges for this award are the 7 million monthly worldwide users of Jango.com (fifth biggest music site in the US alone).

As a The Global Battle Of the Bands band you can choose one song, which will get 100 plays to Jango listeners and be judged by 'Positive Actions' such as a thumbs up 'I Like' button and a 'Become a Fan' button. The most rated songs will go through another round of 'Airplay' on Jango.com to determine the overall winner.

The winner of the GBOB/Jango Radio Award gets a cash prize and a further 5,000 plays on Jango.com
